No surprise, the voting public has become so dumbed down, they actually think Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has enough life experience and intelligence to pass laws.

That was only because the founding fathers who put forth such minimalist Constitutional qualifications, which AOC met just fine. Don't blame the American public for setting the bar so low. That is on the founding fathers.

Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution sets three qualifications for representatives. Each representative must: (1) be at least twenty-five years old; (2) have been a citizen of the United States for the past seven years; and (3) be (at the time of the election) an inhabitant of the state they represent.

So many people forget that in order to be in power, you have to be electable. It isn't like the Republicans haven't had their share of goofy people.
