I have a PSA 12” 6.5 G nitride upper, got it on sale for $280 with an adjustable gas block.it’s been a great performer with both Hornady Black and el cheapo Wolf steel. Best option for a budget upper with reliable CS.
Never ordered from 22modsforall but they seem to have a good rep for what they charge.
I also picked up a BCA 20” stainless upper that’s been a good budget shooter. $240. No issues. But for $40 more the nitride barrel and adj. gas block were a better value IMHO.
No one’s gonna think these are Faxon barrels but I think they’re good performers for the money with good CS if you’re not happy.
