I did a quick check and it looks like the bolt heads are easier to get now. I think Midway and Sharp Shooter Supply often have them.
I think that a bit of the high MSRP is that the 110 Prairie Hunter has the AccuFit stock what allows you to adjust length of pull and comb height.
If you are going to change the bolt and barrel anyway, you might be able to find a cheap donor.
