While I fully expect over-penetration, it certainly isn't stopping me from carrying Federal HST and Speer's Gold Dot JHP! I've seen frangible, and I'd use it for fun in a shoot house but I think the potential risk is worth the capability.
Do we have frangible 6.5mm bullets to reload? I've seen very light weights (85g, 90G) but not true frangible loads.
