Super alloy bolts do exist and have for some time. Lewis Machine and Tool has been using Aermet 100 steel for a long time in their 7.62x39, 6.8, 5.56 bolts. Titanium is a big no go for bolt material. Shock fatigue of Ti-6Al-4V and ablation is the problem. It was the reason why titanium carriers were a rarity for a long time. It wasn't until cnc heat treating and DLC coating became more affordable to make it viable. The solution is actually quite simple and only take two parts, and has already been done. One is the Knights Armament SR-15 bolt. The better is AR15 Performance 800 series, (now discontinued) and 750XD series.
