the issue with getting 10 into it is its a polymer mag and its limited in width, sme reason we don't have polymer double stack ar mags, joining two mags together would work but would be remarkably long for capacity and also makes for an $80 mag if you are going to go the 3d printing route you may as well pring a mag extension rather than a mag body coupler
