Amend2 polymer 6.5 grendel mags

I talked to someone from Amend2 on IG the other day and they said the "final production test samples" were going out for testing last Thurs Jun 6. It's still gonna be a few weeks before you see them available for retail.

Sort of reminds me of driving ing cross country on family vacation when I was a little kid. We had an 8 hour drive on the first day. We left home and I got tired of being stuck in the car after the first hour and asked my father, "How much longer until we get there?" and he would reply, "Just a little while longer." Twelve hours later and 6 hours into a snow storm, I was asking "How much longer?" and got the same reply, "Just a little while longer." Our 8 hour drive turned into 16. There was hardly any way to know when we would arrive until we got there.

"We had them ready to go awhile ago, but had to make some changes to accommodate the longer 130gr bullets that have released since we started production. Little tweaks to projects like this make a big difference, and we didn’t want to release it knowing it wasn’t reliable with certain ammunition’s. Worth the time to make sure we had it right all the way around!"

The 130s from Federal have been out since March of 2018. If what he said is right, they have been tweaking for over a year about 6 months or so before this thread even started. That is quite the snow storm.

Getting the product right is a good thing, for the customer and especially for the company.
