Howa Mini Action 6.5 Grendel Accuracy

Update: I sent the rifle back for inspection and got it back, to my disappointment they said the rifle was shooting Sub-Moa in the factory stock. So after getting it back, I decided to give it another shot. I double check the scope base, rings, and action screws, but I also installed it into an MDT LSS chassis ( yeah I went all out lol). Yesterday I took it out to the range and shot it off a bipod and improvised rear bag (I had forgotten my bag at home). The range That I use recently use saw a lot of rain so the 100-yard bays looked like lakes so that left the 200-yard bay open. Brought 2 boxes of the Hornady Black Ammo. I was surprised by the results my first 3 round, .833” and my next group was even better as the rifle warmed up. I think the biggest difference that I made was installing a bubble on my scope. During shooting, I would find that I would cant the rifle thus throwing my next shot off.
