Here is my PVS-14 setup on my 7.62x40WT, waiting on the suppressor paperwork so can knock down the noise a bit, this is a PVS-14 with 3x magnifier behind a Eotech EXPS3-0 that is NV capable, note on the top rail is an IR Laser, I since added a pressure switch so I don't have to move the lever over:
