I got a complete upper, it's purpose is hunting rifle so I only needed a 1.5 MOA gun with SST Ammo. I did not want install a barrel and gunsmiths are in short supply at my location. I liked the 20" because it was lighter than most 18" barrels. It also allowed greater muzzle velocity so I could use a 308 BDC scope for ranging.
