If you have any magpul 5.56x45 mags try loading only 4 or 5 rounds this should take a mag problem out of the picture .

That has never worked for me when I've tried it, so I recommend sticking with Grendel mags.

I've had reliable, repeatable results with CProducts and Elanders.

I was at the range with my buddy after completing his 12" Grendel with him, and he had all ASC mags. They were sluggish, didn't lift the cartridge stack all the way up in time, and were really draggy when you depressed the follower and felt how they slid inside the magazine body.

I handed him one of my CProducts mags and it worked fine. He said his ASC mags are working now though for a few hundred rounds he's shot at home.
