JG: As far as the BCG, make sure you get a M16 BCG and not an AR15 one. There is a weight difference between the two and the extra weight of the M16 BCG helps the Grendel run smoother and seems to cause less problems.
Most of the other parts are personal preference based on what you like better.
If you read through and look at what other people have listed in the Photo and Build sections, it should give you a good idea what most people are using.
