What we don’t know is how long they worked at BCA.

We don't know BCA was working with the Feds at all. BCA's statement was that they were "cooperating" with the investigation. That is generic legalese basically inclusive of as little as not fighting anything and are complying with the warrants.

BCA might have been doing ICE a square one by getting some federal firearms charges on the agency and workers.

That is a stretch given current information. No such charges have been mentioned anywhere. It is primarily an identity theft/immigration operation.

Again, none of this is coming from the feds. These are just BCA's press releases, commenting on matters they don't comment on, as per their policy.

Given that the 27 taken at BCA were only a small fraction of the 200 or so picked up in total in the region during the operation, I have my doubts that BCA was "working with" federal investigators before any warrants were served.
