ICE had the temp agency under surveillance. The agency had knowingly used faked IDs and ran background checks knowing they would be clean.
What we dont know is how long they worked at BCA. Could have been the first day. BCA might have been doing ICE a square one by getting some federal firearms charges on the agency and workers. So they can drop the book on them and ignore the sanctuary State and City BS, that comes with liberal local and State courts.

We all should know that Hiring through temps services the company does not share all the benefits of the company plans and is a cost saver. But in many cases the company has to train the workers. So quality should be addressed and over seen from the very first day. SHOULD, another big ? As, assuming = Can make an A$$ out of you and me!
The temp agency is responsible for paying the workers they send to a company. They charge the company a set amount per hour from which they take a percentage. The temp agency is also responsible for collecting taxes from the temporary worker’s pay. All of this is specified in the contract that the company has with the temp agency. Now this brings in the IRS and if the workers are indeed temp agencies workers this will all run down hill. Now bringing other businesses using the temp agency under fire. The staffing industry in the United States began after World War II with small agencies in urban areas employing housewives for part-time work as office workers. Over the years the advantages of having workers who could be hired and fired on short notice and were exempt from paperwork and regulatory requirements resulted in a gradual but substantial increase in the use of temporary workers, with over 3.5 million temporary workers employed in the United States by 2000. That is the year 2000 so go figure 2019 stats.
Many companies have trouble finding help and keeping help. The immigrant work force is large and is used by many big name companies and more. I'm not taking sides with BCA but I will say there are tons of illegal workers out there in the USA. A problem that has taken a BLIND eye for many years.
BCA is only 1 example of this and being firearm related could set a trend for those against firearms. BCA will now have more to come. I will bet all their records will be observed by all authorities. That could mean all purchases could fall under this investigation. Lending even more to the gun advocates. Speculation only?
With all the bad reviews on the net this just is a reason for many to throw BCA under the bus and may have nothing to do with their products. Being BCA barrels and more are used by many other vendors just think what they are going through at this point? I say let this play out before we all cast a guilty vote.
