And then there was the issue of me breaking my word of HONER that I would disarm myself just to keep my job.
When I was younger I swore an oath before God Himself never lie cheat or steal, nor associate with anyone who did. Now I do it routinely. Isn't there still a Commandant of God about bearing false witness?
Five Women were forced faced down on the floor and murdered, just because they were they were following their Bosses orders to disarm themselves so their their Boss would make more money. Perhaps some day I will burn in hell for following my Bosses orders too.
My wife has her concealed carry license, yet has to go unarmed where she works. Mine never leaves my side since I have that option. Nobody should ever know your armed if you carry correctly and are very discreet, "yet some do not have those options or are willing to take the risk of getting caught" if ones livelihood is at stake. In your case, you signed a contract and would be held accountable for that signature. Your boss may act sympathetic, "but would use that same contract against you" if it would save his back side. I would never expect an employee of mine to do anything I wasn't willing to do myself. I would expect no less from my employer.
