Five Women were forced faced down on the floor and murdered, just because they were they were following their Bosses orders to disarm themselves so their their Boss would make more money.

Not likely. Time and time again, people who could carry are not carrying. When I used to help with concealed carry glasses and we took surveys of who carried and who did not, about 10% carried all the time, when it was okay to do so. That means that 90% of the people often were not carrying despite being able to do so.

Even in states with Constitutional carry, most people that could be carrying are not carrying. Heck, a lot aren't even gun owners.

There is a good chance that none of those 5 women were even gun owners, and if they were gun owners, that they even had carry permits. Now, Florida does have a lot of permits issued, 1.78+ million. That sounds impressive, but Florida also has a lot of non-resident permits issued to people out of state that make up that number. Even so, that is out of approximate 16 million people over the age of 21. So you are looking at about 11% of the legal age population with carry permits.

It is highly unlikely that all five of the deceased were permit holders. Statistically, at most, one might have had a carry permit. As such, the policy really would have had no bearing on them for following orders.

Also, not all 5 were following their bosses orders. One wasn't an employee of the bank. Where was her gun?

The reality of carry permits is that most people, even those with permits, are not really all that concerned about their personal safety. Most people, by a huge margin, don't even get carry permits. Of those that do, most don't carry when they could be carrying or don't do it with any sort of regularity. For many, a gun is just too much trouble for routine carry. They like to have the option to carry, but fail to exercise that option with any level of vigilance.
