Yeah I am serious, but I was more thinking along the lines of Russia or China. With the advances in battery/electric motor technology MECH suits are entering the realm of likely hood, not just a possibility.

If normal(wealthy) people can access this technology I would imagine most real militaries are working on something better. Picture something like this, but made to carry heavy armor plate most rifles won't penetrate. Remember the carnage those dudes did with their homemade bullet resistant suits a few years ago?
