Magpul Hunter American stock

I dicked around all morning with the Hunter stock and both types of AI mags. Bending lips, trying this, trying that. In the end, both the metal AI mags with the PR conversion and Magpuls factory plastic version, seemed to work equally bad/well as the other regardless. OTOT, I’m coming to,the conclusion that the AI mags are also a pita to load for me with my arthritic hands. The AR mags are much easier to load. So what’s the point? Chances are I’ll never take advantage of the extra room in the mag anyway. If I need/want more performance, I’ll just shoot the Creedmoor. I’ve wasted enough time, effort and have had my fill of it for now.

Plus my Howa action just arrived.
