the spuhr ISMS mount system has a LOT of options for mounting accessory mounts.
Here is top view:

There is a PVS-9 simrad mount on top of the scope on the 12 o'lock.
At 9 o'clock is a RAPTAR coax mount and the Radius is mounted on that.
