Sticks, I am afraid you are behind the curve for claiming "It's started." This is not a new idea being put forth before congress and has been up multiple times in the last 20 years that I have followed it. The debates creep in as to whether a trigger job would be made illegal because it will make the trigger a device that will increase the rate of fire, or if your finger is now illegal because it will increase the rate of fire.
