Yes -- the only thing I see with the bumpstock ban would be that it allows radical leftists to define what a rate of fire is then demand that all firearms meet their definition. Which means none so all will first registered, then taxed, then confiscated.
The other laws you listed don't really deal with bump stocks but are proposals. The problem with proposals is that a bunch of them never make it out of committee.
So, you may want to have a way of telling us which of these proposals made it out of a committee and to a vote.
Also, you and I can scream all we want about these things but unless we elect politicians who will not compromise our rights and freedoms, we will slowly lose until we have nothing. A bunch of radical leftists with a passion for hating conservatives and any symbol of freedom just took over the US House. What does any gun owner expect will happen?
