I would submit that this is a really, REALLY BAD argument to be making.

Stan:

I agree and it is one of those arguments that gives someone who is undecided two alternatives. The first is to be murdered by someone who isn't aiming and the second is to be murdered by someone who is aiming.

Surely a better argument is out there?
