I shot a deer with a 155 gr Berger VLD with muzzle velocity 2600 fps from my 30x47 cal. rifle with a broadside shot through one shoulder and exit was just behind the offside shoulder that left an exit hole that you could drop a baseball into the hole and it would not touch any hide.The deer ran about 60 yards and left NO BLOOD TRAIL. It sloshed on the inside and everything came pouring out the exit hole when I was dragging it to the truck.
