I am having some cycling issues with my brand new 18 PSA Grendel upper. Im not surprised my higher/mid reloads had issues but just about the same with Hornady factory ammo. Right now not to worked up about it, will look at the magazine too.
Naturally I planned to look at the adjustable gas block. The 1st issue is the set screw is so tight its been impossible to back out. My best fitting tool is an Allen type wrench. I havent located a driver bit that fits to my satisfaction. So Im dead in the water with checking the gas block. Ill look around here or maybe go out tomorrow looking for a better fit.
I did make sure all was clean and lightly lubed before shooting.
On a better note it did seem to shoot fairly well at my 50 yard test site. Of course I had to clear malfunctions and help with the cycling.
