To buy or build?!?!

I vote build, because if you don’t build it just the way you want it you are gonna buy a completed rifle and then wind up changing handguards, stock, grips, muzzle devices, trigger and so on. Just build it like you want all ready and take your time researching parts, prices and how to’s plus you get the satisfaction of building your own rifle
