Take a look at this thread where someone tested the 100 grain Wolf FMJ in gel.

I tested the 100 grain FMJ Wolf steel case in water jugs from around 50 yards. Bullet veered off intial path, nose bent over because of hollow tip under jacket. The base flattened a little but it didn’t fragment out of a 16” barrel at about 2500 FPS.
