Perhaps one of the greatest benefits to suppressor use is the reduction in impact on your neighbors. I shoot in the country, but the closest neighbor is within a few hundred yards. Before I had a suppressor they would mention every time they heard me shoot. They did it in a light-hearted manner, but it was obvious they were less than impressed. After the suppressor I haven't heard a word. It's possible they don't even notice the sound that far away.
My guess is they don't hear you shooting anymore. When my nephew shot his .243 at an Axis deer the other morning, my hunting buddy clearly heard it from about 2000 yards away in gusty conditions blowing cross-wind, and was immediately texting us asking if we had shot something. The next day, we were hunting about 500 yards from each other with no wind and he didn't even hear the shot from my 12" Grendel with an AAC 762-SDN-6.
And yes, it is not what I would consider quiet, but the 'report' from the rifle is mostly the crack of the bullet breaking the speed of sound. I am able to easily hear the bullet impact a deer at 130 yds.
