My 20 PSA upper arrived today. It looks great and fits my Windham lower very well. Everyone Ive spoken to (and everything Ive read both here and elsewhere) tells me these uppers are good shooters - especially for the price. Ill let you know how it shoots as soon as I can scope it and get to the range - hopefully within the week.
