After cooking on the Traeger grill- I have given up on my gas-charcoal combo unit. ---- It's going to the recycle center.
This Pellet cooking system is the bomb. Same amount of smoke upon food as charcoal, actually less---- You can dial it down to SMOKE for a few minutes, then dial back in the heat . It's awesome!
Smoke mode is the best billowing effect you could only imagine from a Pellet grill, then you can set the temp mode - so easy to cook like a pro.
And it's not over the top smoke flavor - wow !
