My proposed solution to the mass shootings would be; Use 50billion in foreign aid(yearly) or the 2.4trillion we've spent in Afghanistan (will only get larger) on mental health and then cut taxes by amount left over.

I don't think this is on the radar of Dems or Repubs, because they are the same.
