Al-Mujaahid received zero charges for violating the store's policy because the store opted NOT to press charges.

Commended by DA who along with the police did not want to release his gun back to have after being cleared of any wrong-doing. He had to threaten a lawsuit to get it back.

Then, after being heralded as a hero, it was learned he had been committing, and was later convicted of tax fraud, resulting in multiple felony convictions. He lost his guns.
