You do not understand the left and that is why our side loses. To the left, firearms are a symbol of our side. You can argue how many people get killed in car accidents, by malpractice, or falling out of bed and compare it to how many get murdered via the use of a firearm all you want. These things mean nothing to a leftist because their intent is to do away with our form of government and install (ideally) Communism but they are happy to start with socialism.
So I read all these factual arguments supporting the 2A and wonder what our side doesn't get about the leftists. I believe most of our side is afraid to call them Socialists or Communists but one thing for sure is this, the war is not over the 2A, it is over our way of governing and our freedoms.

My focus has been directed at leftist leaning or "seemingly confused" gun owners. We had a few in our shooting club. Preaching to the choir is pointless, but I have always had a difficult time keeping my mouth shut when I hear or read skewed comments. It is easy to dismiss an adolescent brainwashed college leftist, "but not so easy" when it comes from the shooting community. You are correct when you stated " the war is not over the 2A, it is over our way of governing and our freedoms". With the poor parenting skills, news media, school system we have today, it is shocking how common knowledge is no longer common. I have watched my nation and community change dramatically and it isn't for the better. Our side better start pushing back or it will not end well.
