I doubt that BATFE would permit sales of the tungsten core AP rounds to other than military and law enforcement.

While a two-piece core would not produce the high level of accuracy that is 6.5 Grendel's forte, it IS what the Army seems determined to use for 5.56 and 7.62 NATO. Question is, if the Ball projectiles that AA is currently developing are of different construction, would the Army be interested in them?
