The only difference is that some of the "Non Grendel" maker use a different spec for thier chambers. Some of these "Non Grendel" barrels have had issues firing some factory ammo.
I prefer to stick with the Grendel name because you know that they were made to the same specs and will have no issues firing any of the factory ammo. Going with a non grendel barrel, you may end up with a tighter chamber because the specs may or may not be the same.
All factory ammo will fire with no problem in a Grendel chamber.
From what I understand, the reloading dies for .264 and Grendel are both made to the same specs. So, there's no difference.
