unfortunately they are not. I have the original prototype made and one set from production. I was told they made about 25 rifles total before LAR manufacturing was purchaced by Remington Arms, a division of the freedom group. it was shut down and from what I understand just purchaced for its equipment. I really liked the OPS 4 and OPS 6.5 recievers and buddied up with someone who knew someone and purchaced a number of items . one more 6.5 to build,,,,,
