I was checking the zero on my 18" tree stand Grendel and the extractor broke. I called BCA and gave them my order number, had a tracking # before the day was over and a new extractor the next day.(no charge) I've owned the rifle for about a year now.
The original extractor had the sharp corners, I noticed this and should have taken it out to smooth them before using it but didn't. The new extractor came with them smoothed out nicely ready to install. Of course rifle was still on from last year, but I like the confidence that rechecking gives me.
I'm happy and ready to go for hunting season.
