AR's seem to be making it into the hunting fields more and more. Thus far, I think it's just the tip of the iceberg regarding what the real potential is for the AR-15 hunting market. Thus, I expect that cartridges such as the 6.5 Grendel and 6.8 SPC will continue to grow for many years to come.
It appears that the 6.8 has jumped out to an early lead over the 6.5, but I expect the 6.5 to eventually catch and pass the 6.8. (And I'm not just referring to ballistics.
