I bought a 20” BCA barrel from Primary Arms a couple months ago, couldn’t get any factory loads to shoot... I ended up contacting BCA and within a couple of days I had a return shipping label, and it took about 2 weeks from the time I shipped it to get a replacement from them. Seemed to be easy to deal with and provided a couple of options. Be warned though, the gas port on both 20” barrels had gas ports measuring 0.1” which is oversized. Adjustable gas block should take care of it though.
