Ive been dealing with the same thing. Finally just got tired of the revolving door of returns and receiving shite. Mine were bought through classic so i contacted them. They said the same thing "return must be initiated through bca first" they issue refund to classic i send barrels back to bca get my refund through classic.

Same thing with primary im sure. Ive had many returns through primary as well. And their cust. Service is kick ass..
BCA CS is fairly decent, their barrels Not so much. Im only hoping i dont have garbage for their side charger and 14.5" 55.6 barrel i pulled off in fav of a BA 20" 5.56 that was like $140 @ primary.
