It was BCA workmanship not Primary Arms fault that the barrel was junk so it was BCA that is responsible to warranty it. Unless it is explicitly stated by the distributor that they will replace a defective product it is always the manufactures responsibility to honor the warranty and fix or replace. You just learned a valuable lesson like I did. NO MORE BCA ANYTHING. I had to send a complete upper back to replace the junk barrel after wasting over a hundred dollars in ammo and gas running back and forth to the range trying to get the thing to shoot better than 5" groups. Then after around 60 rounds down the new barrel it finally started to group consistently without throwing a flier. Will shoot just under MOA with certain hand loads now.
