I was discussing them with an FFL dealer here at SHOT(a female at that who was extremely knowledgeable about the AR product line), and when I told her that they remind me of mafioso thugs who come by your business and demand protection money to be allowed to stay in business, she said I hit the nail on the head.
SHOT is packed! The industry is more than alive and well, and it's great to see it every year generating more and more revenue, ingenuity, and business activity. Some friends of mine have quadrupled sales from 2010, and are really stoked about the future, as am I.
