I don't think it has to do with weight. I'd put the odds at about 95% that your brake and/or can have a burr or something manufactured out of spec. It is possible that the barrel is not threaded concentric with the bore as well I guess.

Try direct threading the suppressor and also try a different muzzle device. It might just be as simple as getting a replacement muzzle brake.

It's not a torque issue.
