Update on my complaint:

Shot the rifle today. Saw very little if any evidence of the issue on fired brass, so I have to assume that the polishing done by Faxon worked. The rifle didn't shoot as well as it has, and I think I was in pretty good form today. Strongly considering getting in on the GM group buy for a 20-incher.
