Maybe to hot on the handloads?
Maybe the can is creating to much back pressure for where the gas is set, allowing early unlock?
What chamber on that Saturn barrel?
Had a saturn/liberty barrel as my first grendel and it showed high pressure signs with Amax and sst factory ammo.
