another update, upper assembly made it to AA today, they looked it over, aparently has the wrong bolt in it, when they put an AA bolt in it, it closes fine. Told seller, long story short, seller is buying a new correct bolt. They gave me the option of boxing it up and sending it back today, or waiting for them to take it to the range and test fire it, I said to go ahead and fire it, the bad part, that wont be until next tues or wed, so I wont see the thing for two more weeks.. The good part, I should finally have something that works.
Moral of this story, build one yourself, or buy one new, screw budget builds with used stuff, (this came from a supposed dealer). This thing has been so frustrating, Ive had it for getting close to a month now and still have never fired it. Ugh!!
