Take the upper off, and run your bcg out and back in and see if you can find a hang-up somewhere. If you have one of your dummy rounds, you can check to make sure the bolt can close on it and lock up.

It talks about some of your symptoms, but you said you tried a different trigger, so ??? I dont know. Hard to diagnose this stuff sight unseen, but I would double check those things and see what you come up with.
