Brass that measures 1.218"/1.219" is absolutely normal. That is only .001" or .002" shorter than the the shortest acceptable chamber (1.220") listed for all 3 specifications. It's within spec and likely shrunk a tiny amount when it cooled.
I just checked a couple of sheets of regular paper and they are .004" thick. 1 or 2 thousandths is a tiny amount. I've read/heard of cases that stretched 10+ thousandths and didn't fail (though they have to be considered unsafe at that length).
