I can't agree about this being a simple mistake. Didn't you say that it was posted somewhere not to use tracer rounds? That's negligence at the least, which is still criminal when property damage is involved. I don't understand the lack of enforcement of the law. I understand that in some cases, it's a discretionary good, but when you're responsible for ruining the lives or livelihoods of others, there should be a price to pay.
