The 1934 NFA is a clear infringement on the 2A, yet is still in effect. And enforced.
Ditto for the 1968 GCA, the 1986 machine gun ban, etc, etc.
Second, the Heller ruling is a well-known case but your qualification 'Federal' leaves it out of your comment.
