Civility starts with the one speaking, not with someone else. There was more incivility from the previous administration, from Obama and Holder but lots of others, than 10 admins IMO. Especially un-civil (and in my opinion, un-american) was the ignoring of the Constitutiion, which he as well as his officials swore to preserve, protect and defend. The President shall take care to faithfully execute the laws of the United States... this is a duty he must perform and Obammster did not, in so many cases.
